These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who uses the Car Interior MS web application (the "App"), operated by Ridhi Sidhi Car Covers ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is an internal business tool. It is provided only for:

• managing our car seat cover stock and catalogue (companies, models, designs, codes and photos); and
• sharing seat cover photos with customers on WhatsApp as ZIP files.

It must not be used for any other purpose.

2. Who may use it

• Only staff and team members with an account created by our administrator may use the App.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account.
• You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. Tell an administrator straight away if you think your account has been misused.
• We may suspend or remove an account at any time, for example when a person leaves the business or breaks these terms.

3. Catalogue and stock data

• Enter accurate information. Give each design a correct name and a unique design code.
• Upload only real photos of our own seat cover products. A design can hold up to 35 photos.
• Do not delete or change companies, models, designs or photos without a business reason. Deleting a company, model or design also permanently deletes its photos.
• Every change is recorded in the activity log with the user's name.

4. Sharing on WhatsApp

• Share product photos and ZIP files only with genuine customers or prospects, and only for business enquiries.
• Do not alter photos or remove the design code stamped on them.
• Do not send customers anything other than our product photos and related details through the App.
• Respect customers' privacy: use their numbers only to respond to their enquiry, and stop messaging anyone who asks you to.
• WhatsApp is a third-party service run by Meta. Its own terms and policies apply when you use it, and we are not responsible for its availability or how it handles files.

5. Customer information

Customer names, phone numbers and inquiry details are confidential business information. Do not copy, export, sell or share them outside the business, and do not use them for personal purposes. Handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Ownership

All product photos, design names, codes and catalogue content in the App belong to Ridhi Sidhi Car Covers. They may be shared with customers for sales purposes only, and must not be used, published or given to anyone for any other purpose, including after you stop working with us.

7. Things you must not do

• Try to access accounts, pages or data you are not authorised to see, including admin areas.
• Upload harmful files, or anything that is not a product photo.
• Interfere with the App's security or performance, or try to copy its data in bulk.
• Use the App for anything illegal.

8. No payments

The App does not sell products or take payments. Any price, quotation or order is agreed with the customer outside the App.

9. Availability

We try to keep the App available and the catalogue accurate, but the App is provided "as is". It may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of hosting or network problems. We do not guarantee that it will always be error-free. Product photos are for reference; actual products may vary slightly in colour or finish.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the App, from interruptions, or from how third-party services such as WhatsApp handle shared files.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
